How should I use my pack preferences?

Your preferences are what our in house experts use to build each pack by hand. Use them to input your desired sizes, styles, and more! We allow you to fully customize your pack, and input whatever preferences you desire

Are all my preferences guaranteed?

Your sizing preferences are guaranteed to be met, all extra preferences are not. We recommend sharing your favorite styes and trends, but cannot guarantee all specific requests will be met.

How long will my pack take to ship?

Your pack will ship in 1-3 days, using UPS or USPS.

Can I return my pack if I don't like it?

Yes! We offer lifetime returns, and guarantee happiness. Reach out to us with any questions or concerns you may have!
